I will work to ensure that you feel safe to explore whatever is on your mind, knowing that sometimes you may process difficult memories or situations quickly, or it might take some time. Our work together will happen in the way that feels right to you, and I will support you as we move forward.
I have experience of working with trauma, depression, anxiety, and PTSD. I've worked with survivors of sexual violence, domestic violence, bullying, and abuse. I know that sometimes processing these things can feel chaotic and difficult - I will neither rush you nor drag it out. We will work together at your pace.
It can be so intimidating to try to find help, especially when just turning on the computer can feel like an enormous effort.
