I specialise in supporting women with health & well-being, peri-menopause, being a single parent and domestic abuse relationships (intimate, family or friends). I offer a safe space to discuss your needs and goals for your future and support you to reach your potential.
I provide a welcoming space to explore the awareness of yourself and your relationships with a view to increasing self-understanding and well-being. With an opportunity to talk freely about your thoughts and feelings in a non-judgmental, safe environment. Freedom to express your issues in confidence. My main modality is Person Centered & Integrative Therapy.
