My clients appreciate my holistic approach to mental health. We all want to be seen, heard and understood and that is often at the very heart of Healing.
As an Integrative Counsellor and Life Coach, I am able to draw upon a number of modalities in a bespoke way to suit the clients needs. I use Somatic Therapy to work with the body and the mind and help clients who have become disconnected or fearful of their bigger or more negative emotions. I help the clients build up self compassion and self confidence.
I believe that everyone can benefit from therapy, that it is more than just someone listening, but it's about watching clients shed off the layers that society has weighed upon them and become their wonderful authentic selves and it is a privilege to be able to hold space and be witness to a client's growth and empowerment.
