Hi, thank you for visiting my profile page. I know it can be a big decision to make time in life to have therapy, but the first step in doing that is finding the right therapist for you. There is no problem too small to take to therapy, you might even just have a feeling that things just aren't right at the moment. So much of the experience of psychotherapy is having the time and space to explore and figure out what is going on both in your external and internal world. By doing this, over time things start to make a bit more sense. It would be my great privilege, as your therapist to support through this time of exploration.

I work with individual clients and couples. At the heart of all psychotherapeutic work is relationship, how we relate to each other as client to therapist, as a human in the world and for couples therapy, how you both relate teach other in your co-created world with both your histories. Therapy can help you to understand what is happening.

As a way of supporting you in search for your therapist, I offer a free 15 minute phone call. It can be quite a daunting thing to sit down with a stranger and share your private thoughts, feelings and emotions.
