I help people with a range of issues, including depression, anxiety and relationship problems. Over the years I have successfully worked with people suffering with everything from mild anxiety to severe personality disorders. I specialise in Psychodynamic therapy, which is a deep exploration of the unconscious mind through symbolic, creative interpretation. I combine Jungian and Psychodynamic therapy to facilitate a journey of healing and self-discovery.
In therapy we will look at your relationships, experiences in the moment in therapy, and experiences within different and perhaps conflicting parts of yourself. We will use this to gain insight and discover your unique path through your problems.
People who have tried CBT or integrative counselling and have found it hasn't worked for them often do better in psychodynamic therapy. I have undergone extensive personal therapy as part of my training, so I know what it can feel like to be in the other chair. No matter what you are struggling with, you are welcome.
