I am an experienced HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist and Director of Wise Mynd Ltd. For more than a decade, I've effectively supported individuals, teams and organisations achieve meaningful change and enhanced well-being. I offer evidence-based psychological therapy, consultation, and training, tailored to support motivated individuals who are ready to invest in their personal growth and development. In particular, I work with clients to help them understand, process and overcome their experiences of stress, anxiety, trauma, low mood, or life transitions, working holistically to align with your values, needs and ambitions.
