I am here to help you through your journey of discovering subconscious meanings behind behavioural, emotional and thought cycles. I offer long and short-term therapy for adults and adolescents. I am especially professionalized in depression, anxiety, eating disorders, relationship issues, OCD, life-changing events, and difficult transitional periods. I will guide you through this journey of getting to know yourself and your flaws. I look forward to embarking on this journey with you.
I work integratively, drawing on various therapeutic approaches tailored to meet your need such as psychodynamic, art & music therapy, and psychodrama therapy. While creating a safe space for patients to understand themselves better, observing and understanding the roots of their concerns are my main intentions.
At an early age, it has been in my nature to care for and support people. Since then I’ve been able to recognise my skill in efficient listening, understanding and interest in searching for ways to provide resourceful assistance to the individuals around me. My goal is to be beneficial to people and ultimately the future of our planet.
