Welcome to my page. I provide a genuine, empathetic and grounding presence for you, so you have a trusted companion on your journey in therapy. I am passionate about supporting my clients to explore their issues, feelings, beliefs, behaviours and worldview, so that you may become more self-determining and understanding of yourself or your situation . As an accredited Person Centred Experiential therapist and Supervisor, I believe everyone deserves a space to feel heard and supported. Whatever the reason may be to seek counselling, I strive to offer a safe, confidential and nurturing environment for you.
I believe in following what you need from therapy, I will not judge, direct or tell you what to discuss. Therefore we will work at your pace with what you choose to bring. I have experience and training in a range of problem areas to support you and the issues you may be facing. I enjoy working creatively and may invite you to explore some of these options.
I also offer therapeutic counselling supervision. I create an environment that is safe, non-judgemental, empathic and supportive. Together we can ensure that your standards, quality, learning, creativity, sustainability and resilience are considered and enhanced. Supervision is £60 per hour and £80 per hour and a half session. £45-£65 for trainees.
