I have been a clinical consultant psychologist for over 20 years. I have specialised in adult mental health, complex trauma, substance use, neuropsychology, neurodivergence (Autism, ADHD) and offending behaviour for the NHS, charities, independent sector and criminal justice services. My best learning has always come from clients.
I want you to feel safe, listened to and understood; from this we can achieve the changes you are looking for. I’ll integrate the relevant theories and practices for us to use in a down to earth practical way.
