I am qualified to work with both adults and children (10-18) When you are challenged by mental health conditions it can be hard to know what to do, or where to seek support, or even if it's possible to get better. I want you to know that there are many approaches and techniques proven to help. For parents reading this - I am also a parent of an anxious child and know first hand the impact this has on a family. I can help you help them, as well as support them to take action and reduce their anxiety.
I apply a combination of models when working with children. I know that everyone is unique so know the advantage of having skills in a range of therapy models. CBT is the evidence based model, most frequently recommended by the National Institute of Clinical Excellence (NICE) and my experience of delivering it enables me to be confident - It works.
