I am a qualified Person Centred Therapist with a deep passion for supporting others through their journey. I have experience working with trauma clients and have a special interest in working with trauma and inner child healing. I also have experience working with anxiety, fear, depression, shame and guilt. Life can bring a lot of challenges and we can get caught up and lose sight of who we are. I can help you find yourself again.
I offer a warm, calm and comfortable space where you can explore areas of your life that you may find difficult to understand or cope with. I will work at your pace, offering compassion to help you understand yourself better. We are all unique and our journey and experiences are different to others, no-one's journey is the same.
