I work with adults and young people experiencing anxiety, low mood, stress, relationship difficulties, grief, trauma, identity questions, and life transitions. Many of my clients are teens, students, professionals, parents, or people navigating cultural change, belonging, and questions of self esteem and identity. Together, we create a safe, collaborative space to explore what is happening, build understanding, develop coping strategies, and find a way forward that feels right for them.
I help clients understand patterns, navigate change, and develop new ways of coping. My work integrates person-centred, existential, psychodynamic, CBT, and solution-focused approaches.
I know from experience that meaningful therapy begins with feeling heard, understood, and accepted. My priority is to get to know you, understand your unique experiences, and work together to make sense of what is happening in your life. We can explore what has helped before, what may be keeping you stuck, and develop a way forward that feels right for you.
