Having recovered from my own struggles with PTSD and cPTSD, I specialise in trauma-related issues and understand the complexities that are present within this delicate mental health issue. We can work together to understand the core of your struggles; how past experiences shape your current behaviours; and develop effective ways to improve your thinking and overall well-being.
I work integratively to adapt each approach to the need of every client, whilst interconnecting trauma-informed skills into my practice. I have a Masters degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy, and I am currently studying towards a Masters degree in Psychology.
