I work with a wide variety of clients and utilise an integrative modality; meaning that I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches and techniques.
This includes CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), Person-Centred Therapy, Gestalt, Transactional Analysis and a number of others to meet each clients individual needs.
No two clients are the same, therefore no two treatment plans are either. I work with each client as an individual towards their ideal goals and future self.
