Hello and a warm welcome to my profile. My name is Luci and I am a qualified Counsellor for Adults and Young people.
Life can sometimes be very confusing and can feel quite heavy. Often we can get 'stuck' and find it difficult to process and understand our feelings and emotions. You may feel that it would help to talk to someone who really listens.
Starting therapy can be quite daunting but it doesn't have to be. In our first session, we'll talk about whats bringing you here and what you hope to gain from therapy.
I work mainly online but can offer face-to-face if preferred. I also offer a free 15 minute consultation.
That's where I can help. I work as a person-centred Counsellor at my core but integrate this with some CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and creative methods. I offer a safe space where you can explore whats going on for you. Confidentially, calmly and in your own time. My role is not to give you advice or direct you, but rather to walk alongside you.
