Hello, I’m Evelyn. I’m a fully accredited BABCP and IPT UK psychotherapist specializing in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), EMDR and Interpersonal Therapy (IPT). I have worked in the mental health sector for over 10 years and have been practising as a CBT Therapist for 6 years in the NHS.

I have worked with clients with a range of problems associated with depression and anxiety including: · Managing low mood or depression · Improving self-esteem and confidence · trauma and PTSD (e.g. nightmares and flashbacks of events) · Difficulties with worry, OCD and panic attacks

In terms of my background, I grew up in Canada but raised in a Chinese culture with my parents being from Hong Kong. I moved to the UK at a young age and am now based in South East London. I’ve been lucky to grow up in a mix of cultural backgrounds which has informed my culturally sensitive practice
