I provide a space where you can talk confidentially and experience warmth, support and acceptance from someone who wants to see things from your perspective. Listening to what you are going through gives us both a deeper understanding, together we can begin to make sense of things which will provide relief. You will feel more able to manage and cope with what you find difficult. We can find a way to come to terms with things, explore anything you would like to be different and how to go about making that happen.

I provide 1:1 sessions in Southbourne, Bournemouth for adults and have a background in mental health. I have worked with: anxiety, depression, loss, bereavement, family and relationship issues, low self esteem, confidence or motivation, stress and anger. I find the approach which works best for you, this could be talking therapy or working more creatively.

I respect the courage it takes to reach out, daily life may be hard. If you want help and support, I am here to listen and focus on what you feel is important. I work in a gentle way with care and consideration at your pace. Your choices, thoughts and feelings will always be valued and respected.
