I’m a passionate art psychotherapist who supports people who may feel isolated or unsure of who they are. I offer a space where you don’t have to rely on words alone, using creativity and psychodynamic therapy to help you make sense of feelings and experiences, and find meaning and clarity.
It can be isolating and painful to feel like you're carrying the weight of the world. I hope we can share some of that heaviness together and to feel supported to know you aren’t alone.
