I offer a safe space to support adults and adolescents to explore feelings either responding to a crisis event such as bereavement or longer term issues. The most important aspect is developing trust by providing a space to share your experiences without fear or judgement. My main counselling focus is working with relationship difficulties, domestic abuse and cptsd. I have a lived experience and passion supporting those who identify as neurodivergent. I welcome counselling students both on adult and CYP training. Alongside supervising both adult and CYP counsellors being L6 qualified in both fields.
I recognise how difficult it can be to begin to open up past experiences and the ongoing impact and explotation of self. I offer face to face sessions alongside Zoom.
My therapy room offers a comfortable, safe place to work together. With the current economic crisis I have some every other week sessions now in place.
