I am an experienced psychotherapist and counsellor working with children, adolescents and adults in private practice and as an adoption specialist therapist. I am accredited by the HCPC, a Registered Member of BACP (British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists) and BAAT (British Association of Art Therapists)
I offer non-judgemental psychotherapy and counselling to children, teenagers and adults. Placing your needs first, I tailor my approach to suit you using a mixture of, talking, art and dyadic therapy, promoting positive, lasting change.
I have a special interest and training in attachment disorders and childhood and adolescent trauma. My consultancy work is with children in adoption and am a registered independent adoption therapist with Adopt West London, Adopt South London, and a registered Barnardo's LINK service Adoption Therapist. I have extra training in Dyadic Psychotherapy.
I offer a safe, non-judgemental space where you can express your thoughts and feelings, helping you to manage and contain your difficulties and empower you to explore and make sense of and understand your struggles.
