Prior to working as a therapist and coach, I was a partner in a leading family law firm in the City, practising as a family lawyer for over 12 years. I therefore bring to my work first-hand knowledge of the challenges and stresses one can face in the workplace, with particular insight into the struggle to balance all aspects of our lives, both personal and professional, and of building and maintaining healthy relationships. I have considerable experience in working with people who are having relationship or family issues or are going through divorce or separation. I also coach clients through career and life transitions.
I am a BACP and ACC Registered Counsellor and Coach with a private practice in Chiswick Park, West London. I offer long or short term counselling, depending on your particular needs. I offer individual therapy as well as couples counselling.
