I am a qualified Family and Systemic Psychotherapist. Relationship in any context can be full of complexities and challenges. I work with relational issues including poor communication, lack of trust, parenting, caregiving , life transition, and health issues. These can be experienced by individuals, couples and families and which sometimes leave us feeling unseen, unheard and misunderstood. Talking to a trained professional like myself can provide a safe, supportive space to explore thoughts, feelings and concerns. It can help you to gain insight, develop coping skills improve communication and mental wellbeing.
I provide a collaborative, empathic and trauma-informed space to individuals, couples and families to explore how relationships, life events and cultural contexts shape well being.
We will work collaboratively to enable you to recognise your strengths and appreciate your unique and authentic self to enable you to meet and work through the challenges.
