I work with children and adolescents-up to the age of twenty five, who are navigating challenges such as anxiety, low mood, and social difficulties. Many of the young people I support are seeking to feel understood, heard, and validated. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where they can explore their experiences, build emotional resilience, and feel empowered to grow into the best version of themselves.
My approach is grounded in working at the pace of each individual client. I don’t push — I gently challenge the core beliefs they hold about themselves, helping them uncover new ways of thinking and feeling. I also work closely with parents, supporting them in understanding their child’s emotional world and empowering them with tools to help their child grow
