Hi, if you are reading this, congratulations on taking the first step on reaching out for help. I imagine you are going through a rocky period, or maybe have come through a tough time and would like to reflect and feel emotionally stable again. Or perhaps you are simply interested in doing some work on resilience. Whatever your goal is I am here to support you in an empathic, supportive and confidential environment.

I specialise in bereavement and particular in perinatal loss . I am certified with the Foundation for Infant Loss as an Advanced Rainbow Practioner and Infertility Specialist. Additionally I have also worked with relationship issues, anxiety and depression. I use a wide range of modalities which I adapt to suit my clients.
