Hello everyone, I am a psychologist, psychotherapist and certified CBT therapist , GMBPsS, and MBACP. I adopt a holistic approach to well-being in my sessions with third wave Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) in English, Spanish, and Catalan. My qualifications in Health and Clinical Psychology, Gender, Sex and couple therapy, CBT along with additional studies in psychodynamic therapy, PTSD and complex trauma, certificate in relationships and family counselling amongst others have forged my comprehensive approach. This methodology consistently fosters improvements in overall well-being and reduction of symptoms.
My carefully crafted third wave CBT adopts a holistic approach, using a toolbox of techniques such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), Schema Therapy, Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT), Internal family systems and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), among others.
