Sex therapy is a space to make sense of when sex feels difficult or confusing, and explore what your body may be needing. I’m a kink-affirmative Psychosexual and Relationship Therapist who supports individuals and couples seeking help with sex to feel more comfortable and confident. In my practice, I work with a range of sex-related concerns, including sexual desire, confidence, erections, pain, anxiety or performance anxiety, sex after trauma, vaginismus, orgasms, ejaculation, menopause, or compulsive sexual behaviours.
My therapeutic style is rooted in celebrating the uniqueness of each person’s sexual needs and desires. We work collaboratively and practically, incorporating practical exercises alongside a mind-body approach to address the specific sexual issues you may be facing, nurturing greater understanding, safety, and confidence.
I believe that intimacy is a space for connection, play, and diversity. I see this work as tender and not easy, but rewarding and empowering.
