I am a Relate trained couples’ therapist. I am on the Relate practitioners register. I specialise in working with couples and individuals. I am also an integrative counsellor. I believe the therapeutic relationship is important and I draw from different approaches to suit your needs and what presents in the therapy room for you.
I have worked with many couples on the issues of affairs, lack of intimacy and communication breakdown. I have also worked with domestic violence clients for 17 years. The experience led to me working with couples. I also work with individuals based on their presenting issues of trauma, self-confidence, anxiety, and many presenting issues.
