Low-cost (sliding scale depending on circumstances) counselling service that supports adults, children, and young people living in Gloucestershire. We provide an inclusive, easy-to-access service, where the fee you pay is an amount that considers your circumstances on a sliding scale between £20.00-£60.00.
No waiting time as we are a big team of self employed counsellors who have reduced cost spaces available.
When you get in touch, we will reach out and have a chat with you about the service you are seeking, how we can support you, and we will then match you up with the right practitioner in our team.
Essential Space offers a safe space to talk and find your way forward. When you access our service we will match you with the best person to work with. This first step can often feel very daunting and we want to support you to start your counselling with ease. Sessions can be face-to-face or online, and within organisations.
What you bring is totally up to you, we are all unique, and all need support at times when it feels somewhat difficult to work through alone. Your counsellor or mentor will work with you to explore a way forward, helping you make sense of what you are going through or where you may be feeling stuck.
