In life certain incidents such a loss and unhealthy relationships with self and others can lead you to disconnect from yourself. Disconnection can make it difficult for you to be able feel everyday emotions such as joy, contentment and love which can have a detrimental impact on your ability to move on with your life and thrive, leaving you trapped in unhelpful patterns of behaviour that no longer serve you. After experiencing a loss and supporting many individuals over the past 25 years I have developed a wealth of knowledge and skills that can also support you to facilitate change and allow you live the life that you want to live.
During our sessions we will develop a relationship of openness which is the foundation to the support I provide. We will look at what has brought you to therapy and the life events that may have contributed to your current situation. We will work together to undo any thought processes and behaviours that have once served you but which you no longer need.
The work we do together will provide you with the necessary tools needed to thrive and achieve your therapy goals. This is your journey, You are the expert in your life and nobody knows it better than you. I will be guided by you. The challenge is to make the first step, comitt to the sessions and be open for change. I look forward to hearing from you.
