I work with my clients by exploring the intersection of the past and present, looking at emotions, thoughts and behaviours to identify what might be contributing to presenting complaints. We can then challenge any unhelpful patterns together and create new healthier ones.
I'm trained in integrative talk therapy as well as EMDR.
Prior to becoming a therapist, I worked in multiple finance roles. While my interest has shifted into exploring personal over market dynamics, my background provides me with the insight and skill set particularly suited to those who are interested in exploring issues affecting their personal and professional lives.
I work remotely and as well as in person at my consulting rooms in Chelsea.
