I work with individuals and couples ( multi-partner relationships) and specialise in those experiencing anxiety, ADHD, and relationship challenges.
Most of us can go through times in life when something doesn’t feel quite right, or when we have a sense of being “stuck.” This may show up as anxiety, feeling overwhelmed, low mood, or difficulties in relationships. You might also notice feeling numb, being self-critical orstruggling with decision making.
Either way, we can explore this together at a pace that feels safe and manageable.
I work extensively with couples and multi-partner relationships, supporting people who feel stuck in communication cycles, disconnection, or misunderstandings. Part of our work is to understand what is happening in the relationship and find ways to rebuild communication and understand what patterns each individual is bringing to the relationship.
You may have a clear sense of what brings you to therapy, or you may feel unsure or overwhelmed. Either is okay. We can explore this together at a pace that feels right for you.
