I developed a wealth of knowledge from various settings including the South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust, Mental Health Charities, Psychotherapy Clinics and Private Practice. I work with individuals and couples presenting with a wide range of emotional and psychological issues with a particular focus on trauma, PTSD, neurodivergence, ADHD, anxiety, depression, sexuality and relationships.
Transactional Analysis is my main therapeutic frame, which emphasises collaboration and authenticity to help you become aware and possibly release old patterns that might no longer serve you in life.
