I am an experienced and approachable Transactional Analysis Psychotherapist, EMDR Therapist and Neuro-affirming Practitioner in Private Practice in Ealing and London Bridge. I work with individuals and couples presenting with a wide range of emotional and psychological issues with a particular focus on trauma, C-PTSD, neurodivergence, ADHD, ASD, anxiety, depression, sexuality and relationships.
Transactional Analysis is my main therapeutic frame, which emphasises collaboration and authenticity to help you become aware of old patterns that might no longer serve you in life. I integrate other approaches such as EMDR Therapy, Somatic Therapy, Polyvagal, Attachment and Neurodivergence theory, to support your therapeutic experience and uniqueness.
