I am a qualified and UKCP registered psychotherapist, and I currently practice in Hertfordshire WD3 and WD19. I have over 15 years’ experience working therapeutically with individuals and groups in different clinical settings and in private practice. I work based on psychodynamic, existential and integrative approach; however, I feel very passionate to help clients understand how past life events could have contributed to their current emotional problems.
I offer both short and long-term therapy depending on client’s reasons for coming to therapy, I provide a confidential and non-judgemental environment, within which clients can begin to explore and make sense of what is troubling them. I work with clients who have suffered depression, anxiety, difficulty in managing emotions, relationship problems, burnout.
