I specialise working alongside people experiencing trauma - whether from events, losses or from the impact of neglect, abuse or being misunderstood. I aim to provide a space that is rich with empathy, compassion, positive regard and warmth to co-create a healing space through talking, or brainspotting trauma therapy, movement therapy, or creative resources.
I'm here alongside you in the journey to heal - where every part of you can be truly heard - including the parts of you that are full of guilt, hatred and shame. I am neurodiverse (dyspraxia) and you'll find me warm, transparent, full of integrity and there to create a space where you can find, accept, and even love your authentic self.
