Hello, and welcome to my profile. I understand that starting therapy can feel daunting, especially if it’s your first time. If you’re reading this, it means you’ve already taken an important step towards gaining support and fostering change. My aim is to meet you where you are, providing a safe and supportive space that encourages open discussion and reflection.

I’m a psychodynamic therapist with a background in forensic and clinical psychology. In therapy, I focus on four key areas: early life, later life, present life, and the dynamics in our therapeutic relationship. By bringing these layers into awareness, we can uncover recurring patterns, gain insight, and work toward changes that feel meaningful.
