I’m drawn to people who feel something inside has dimmed—those navigating trauma, confusion or big life shifts, or who simply haven’t felt like themselves for a while. With over a decade in adolescent mental health and a deep love for supporting people through life transitions, I offer collaborative, relational Transactional Analysis psychotherapy (in Adavanced Training.) TA gives us a grounded, compassionate way to explore your patterns, understand your story and shape a way of being that feels more aligned and alive.
