I believe that making the decision to come to therapy is a brave and admirable decision. I work from a space of respect and use my 20+ years of experience working with complex mental health issues to work with clients in a respectful and innovative manner to find workable solutions that will make a difference in the real world of the unique individual.
As a CBT Therapist I have vast experience working with more complex mental health presentations and in particular Trauma, OCD and Personality Disorders. I am also experienced in working with Anxiety, Depression, People Pleasing and establishing positive boundaries which I believe is a superpower! I am also experienced in working with ADHD and ASD clients.
I believe that through unconditional respect and excellent listening skills I can support you to understand and tackle any issue that is causing upset and concern effectively and in a time period that suits your needs. Although therapy and the issues that we address can be challenging I aim to make every session a positive experience.
