Have things been happened to you lately that you felt that you would need to talk about it to a professional to make sense of your situation and to gain a deeper understanding of yourself? My areas of interests are life transitions and new identity. Whether you are starting university or studying abroad, starting a new job, losing a loved one, divorce/relationship breakdown, moving to a new country, becoming a mum or child/children leaving home (empty nest), retirement. Or any changes that have affecting you. What it meant for you and what it is your new identity because of these changes.
In our sessions, we will look into how these changes affect your mental wellbeing including feeling anxious, depressed, overwhelmed, low mood, no motivation and not sleeping well. How it has affected your relationship with people around you including family, friends and colleagues.
My role is to provide a safe space for you to explore and make sense of the changes and to walk along you in this difficult times by being empathetic and striving to be non-judgemental and to challenge you when appropriate with support. By the end of it, I hope you would have gained a "new" self or identity that would help you to live the life that you want
