I don’t believe there is a hierarchy of problems and you should only talk or get help for those regarded to be really bad such as abuse or a life changing event. To me anything that impacts your life and is important to you is worth talking about. If it takes away your peace or makes you feel confused, distracted, anxious or sad I feel you have the right to receive support to change things and so feel good about yourself. I strongly believe that there is support somewhere for everyone that needs it.
