Hello I am Suz welcome to my profile. I am an experienced counsellor , psychotherapist and supervisor. I work from Northfield. I offer individual face to face counselling on a long or short term basis. I work in a person centred way working along side my clients. I offer a warm , safe , non judgmental therapeutic relationship and environment. Counselling offers a space to reflect on you and make some sense of your emotions. It will help you to discover your own resources and become more self aware. I work at my clients pace and offer support throughout the counselling process.

I'm passionate about helping people to resolve their problems and achieve their goals. This is therapy not simply to understand yourself, manage your emotions or control your behaviour but, rather, to resolve therapeutic problems permanently by identifying the biographical origins and 'relearning' the experience. The main approach used, Relearning Experience Process, is a brief, solution-focused therapy requiring only a few consultations to achieve complete resolution. I have 23 years' experience helping people overcome OCD, PTSD, childhood abuse, depression, social anxiety, lack of confidence or assertiveness and need for approval.

Psychology and Sports have always intrigued me. I specialized in Sports and Exercise Psychology in 2016. I have competed as an international Judo athlete for India and won many national medals. I am experienced in supporting athletes individually and working with teams to improve their psychological skills as a unit. I have worked with young athletes who are breaking into the National level and also worked with professional and GB athletes. My clients range from 11yrs old to 55 years old in sports such as Golf, Tennis, Table tennis, Basketball, Football, Equestrian, Rowing, and many more sports .
