Reduction and control of Anxiety is my main speciality. I help people to clear their minds from thoughts, believes or habits that are an obstacle to fully enjoy their life and have peace of mind. Whether it is excessive, unnecessary worrying, depression, phobias, low self-esteem, relationship or family problems I help you to gain a wider perspective of the problem and find your way forward with a clearer more calm and productive mind.
I am experienced in relieving anxiety using a combination of approaches (i.e. hypnotherapy and somatic therapy) tailored to the individual client, because everyone is unique. Each issue is unique even if diagnosed as specific Anxiety Disorder, such Exam and Performance Anxiety, Phobias etc. I also treat Depression and I provide Bereavement Counselling.
I can help you to understand how have grater understanding of your mind and your nervous system which is where your anxiety resides. You will learn how to avoid the triggers that cause the problems. You will also learn techniques to keep calm and manage your emotions whenever you may face the challenges that life may through at you.
