, anger, depression, profound sadness and despair, frustration, stress at work, bullying, low self esteem/ confidence issues, menopause, miscarriage and relationship issues.
Counselling is a confidential, safe space where the client is encouraged to think and talk about their inner most feelings without feeling judged. My role as your counsellor would be to help you manage these feelings and explore them to a much deeper level whilst giving you the autonomy to help you find your own personal solutions. An initial meeting/conversation will give us both an opportunity to see if we feel comfortable working together. Counselling can sometimes be a long and painful process, but with my help and experience I hope to help you process your thoughts and feelings in a safe space that is just for you.
