I like to work with clients who are aware that they want to make changes in their lives: they may not yet know what the change looks like, but are willing to explore options in a compassionate and supportive environment. They are interested to learn more about themselves and others; willing to accept that they many need to let go of some old patterns of thinking, feeling and doing to live the life they want for themselves. They are committed to their personal growth and willing to meet regularly over Zoom or in person, to achieve their goals. Goals will be agreed each session to ensure focus and a sense of achievement for us both
