About
Taking the first step towards counselling can be daunting, but my approach will be compassionate, friendly and supportive. We will work together to identify and resolve your issues in a safe and confidential environment, at a pace that is right for you. Through therapy I can help with a range of issues from anxiety to panic disorder, depression to anger management. As a member of the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP), I will always work with you ethically and confidentially. So, if you are looking for a therapist in the Walsall or Wolverhampton (Willenhall) areas in the West Midlands, please get in touch.
What types of counselling do I offer? I use a range of approaches including person centred therapy, integrative therapy and creative therapy. I specialise in bereavement and loss, anxiety, depression, anger management, stress, panic disorder, feeling sad, low self-esteem, separation and divorce, relationship and family issues, and low self-confidence.
Please contact me to talk about your individual needs. As well as running a private practice I trained with a local charitable counselling service. For many years I worked with families facing issues such as anti-social behaviour, mental ill-health and domestic abuse. This background shaped my life experience and has helped me to become a better counsellor.
