As a Highly Specialist Practitioner Psychologist, I have worked mainly with individuals who have suffered some kind of childhood trauma and I also offer assessments for ADHD & ASD. When we experience difficult life events we develop ways of coping and finding a way forward. Later in life, this can result in behaviours and emotions that are no longer serving us.
