My style of counselling is person-centred and I am a registered member of the BACP. As well as working in my own private practice, I volunteer at my local hospice providing bereavement support and provide counselling to support offenders within the prison service. I am also a counselling tutor at my local college. I offer support with issues including anxiety and low mood as well as providing specialised and specific support for major life experiences such as infertility, relationship breakdown, bereavement, redundancy, changes in life direction, couples counselling, family therapy, becoming a new parent, becoming a step-parent.

If you’re a survivor or witness involved in the criminal justice system, or supporting a family member, you may be experiencing a range of emotions and looking for someone to talk to. Therapy does not need to wait until an investigation or prosecution has concluded. I offer a space where you can step back from what is happening and focus on yourself and your needs. These may not have been prioritised while you have been dealing with everything that has been happening. Together, we can begin to make sense of what you are experiencing, without judgement.
