Do you want to feel happier? Do you suffer with anxiety, depression, feeling sad or low self esteem? Maybe you feel stuck and have lost yourself? Sometimes there is a specific reason and we know what is making us feel that way, other times it appears there is no reason at all. Counselling can help unpick whats going on, identify those thoughts and for it to feel less overwhelming in a safe and non judgmental way.
I work with adults, children and young people ( 11+). I have also worked with teens for 10 years as well as being a College Counsellor. I work with a variety of presenting issues including anxiety, self harm, depression, BPD, ASD, ADHD, suicide ideation and others so please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions.
I work in an Integrative way with Person Centred being at the core and provide short or long term therapy depending on individual needs. This is a personal choice and there is no obligation for you to stay any longer than you feel is necessary or that you can cope with. My hours are Monday - Thursday 1pm-8pm and Fridays 1pm- 3pm
