Life can throw some really difficult situations at us and when this happens, it can be difficult to stay positive and cope with everyday life. I believe that counselling can provide you with an opportunity to explore any personal difficulties in a confidential, supportive, and non-judgmental environment. I am a CBT Therapist trained to work with a talking therapy recommended by the NHS for anxiety and depression. I enjoy working with all adults across a range of problems but as a Registered Midwife I specialise in pregnancy, birth and the postnatal period ( up to 24 months after the birth).
