Sometimes we lose sight of what we want, what we need and what is right for us. The outside world, our relationships, families, and work can influence our decisions. Life throws us challenges that we have to deal with; we go through crisis and encounter loss and uncertainty. These experiences can leave us feeling isolated, anxious, overwhelmed or depressed. We can lose sight of ourselves and what really matters to us, feeling unable to talk about how we feel to those we are closest to.
