I have many years of experience of working with teenagers, adults, senior citizens and couples to help them explore, understand and , hopefully, resolve the issues that have caused them to seek counselling support.

I offer Clinical Supervision and Counselling. My background is in education, providing support for students from Primary, Secondary, Sixth Form/College, and University. While working with a diverse range of people, I have received specialist training for working with students and adults with Autism, ADHD, Asperger's and challenging behaviour. I have also previously worked in a Specialist Autistic (SRP) unit. I also work with adults and those that have received a late diagnosis to help accept, adjust and make sense of this impact on their lives and that of their family.

As an integrative counsellor I draw from various theoretical approaches which enables me to adapt the therapy to fit each individual and their specific needs. My hours of work are Monday,Tuesday from 12 until 9pm and Friday afternoons, for Face to Face. Thursdays 12-9 and Friday mornings on Zoom(can be flexible).

At these times I believe that reaching out and speaking to someone who is trained to listen and not judge, someone who is empathetic and wants to help, can be the catalyst for change in a person's life. You might be a person who has struggled to be understood, who needs to process your thoughts and feelings with a trained and experienced counsellor in order to move past this period of confusion and distress.
